Shipping & Return Policies

Domestic Shipping

Processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Orders may be not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays - please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email as soon as we are aware of the issue.

Responsibility for correct shipping address

You, as the customer, are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be responsible for any incorrect formatting or address that results in a delay in your shipment. If your shipment is returned to us by USPS, we will contact you to resolve the issue,  however you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Most items come with standard tracking, except these items which ship via USPS First Class mail with a domestic or global stamp:

  • Stickers

  • Suncatchers

  • Any other items that are flat and fit within a standard envelope

Damages in transit

Angry Gato Designs​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You may also send us an email with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. Angry Gato Designs will use its own discretion to identify any appropriate remedy.

International Shipping

We ship outside the US via our Etsy shop, for selected items. Items purchased on our website can be shipped to Canada.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Cancellations

We don't accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders (see below)

  • Perishable products

  • Digital downloads

  • Face masks or other personal items, for hygiene reasons

  • Items on sale

Custom Orders

Apparel, Mug, and Tote Bag Orders

We use a print-on-demand service called Printful to manufacture, fulfill, and ship our apparel, mug, and tote bags. If you order an apparel product, please review Printful’s policies on shipping, fulfillments, returns, and shipping rates.

Cosmetic Bag and Accessory Pouch Orders
